You will receive a notification from PostNord/DPD when your parcel is ready for pick-up. When picking up the parcel from a service point, the person collecting the parcel must present a valid ID and arrival notification. DPD works as a PostNord's delivery partner.

You can change the delivery time or give an authorization to deliver your shipment without a signature via the link in the shipment notification. If you are not on site at the time of delivery, contact PostNord/DPD customer service to arrange a new delivery. DPD works as a PostNord's delivery partner.

Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.

    Your parcel will be delivered within 1–3 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. The parcel will be delivered to your chosen Budbee Locker. You will receive a notification from Budbee when your parcel is ready for pick-up.

    Your parcel will be delivered within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. The parcel will be delivered to your chosen Matkahuolto Locker or service point. You will receive a notification from Matkahuolto when your parcel is ready for pick-up.

    Your parcel will be delivered within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen Posti office or Smartpost Locker. You will receive a notification from Posti when your parcel is ready for pick-up. If the Smartpost Locker you have selected is full, Posti will automatically send the parcel to the nearest Posti office. Posti will notify you of the new pick-up point by text message.

Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen address at the agreed time, including in the evenings and on Saturdays. Matkahuolto will inform you about the parcel’s arrival via SMS, so as to agree a delivery time.

      Ögon represents a 100% sustainable, high quality cocoa that gives a wonderfully soft chocolate flavour in desserts, pastries, drinking chocolate and cooking. The cocoa is made from selected cocoa beans that are dried, peeled and roasted gently to get the colour and mild flavour that is unique to Ögon Cocoa.
