RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
One-time deliveries of confectionery: The customer does not have the right to cancel one-time deliveries of confectionery, as the provisions of Chapter 6 of the Finnish Consumer Protection Act concerning distance selling do not apply to one-time confectionery deliveries.
Order Period, i.e. fixed-term order: The Customer has the right to cancel an agreement concerning an Order Period they have made in the online store no later than within 14 days as of receiving the first delivery of the Order Period. However, for health and hygiene reasons, the right of cancellation cannot be exercised if the product has been opened.
Products other than confectionery: The Customer has the right to cancel an order concerning some product other than a confectionery they have made in the online store no later than within 14 days of receiving the ordered product. However, the right of cancellation cannot be exercised if the product in question has been made or modified according to the Customer’s requirements (a customised product).
If the Customer wishes to cancel an order, the Customer must return the product to Fazer and fill in and enclose this cancellation form. The use of the right of cancellation requires the product to be in its original package and re-saleable and the product or its package not to bear signs of use.
Products cannot be exchanged. If you want to change a product you have ordered, you must return the product to Fazer Store. You can then place an order for another product. The products are sold at the prices that are valid at the time of purchasing. If your original order included discounted products and the offer is no longer valid when you are placing a new order, the items in the new order will be priced according to the price list valid at the time of the new order.
Fazer is responsible for the delivery costs attributable to the return of cancelled orders, provided that the Customer has used the return method determined by Fazer.
We will refund the price of the paid product in full once the returned product has arrived at our warehouse. Paid shipping costs will not be refunded, as we only refund the price of the returned product. Fazer reimburses the value of the cancelled products through the means of payment used by the Customer.
Please note that failing to pick up a package does not constitute an order cancellation or product return. If you want to return a package, you must first pick up the package and then follow the return instructions. Fazer may charge delivery, return and handling costs of 15 euros for any uncollected shipments. The charge is equivalent to the real costs of the delivery, handling and return of the shipment.
Follow these steps when returning:
1. Contact online store customer service and indicating that you wish to make a return. You will receive further instructions on how to return the products.
2. Pack the products carefully in their original packaging and place the filled cancellation form inside the package.
3. Returns in Finland:
Take the package to Posti’s service points and indicate that it is a customer return of a product ordered from Fazer Store.

3.1. Returns from outside Finland:
Attach in the package the return address label you received with the shipment or from the online store's customer service.

Ordering a pickup is free of charge. You can also return the shipment to your nearest DHL service point. You can locate the nearest service point here.
4. As soon as your return has been received and validated, we will process your refund. Paid shipping costs will not be refunded, as we only refund the price of the returned product.
