Returns
There is no right of cancellation or return for confectionery products ordered from Fazer Store.
For other products, you have the right to cancel your order no later than within 14 days of receiving the ordered product. The products cannot be exchanged. The right of cancellation cannot be exercised if the product in question has been made or modified according to the Customer’s requirements (a Personalized product).
The use of the right of cancellation requires the product to be in its original package and re-saleable and the product or its package not to bear signs of use. Swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the product has not been used.
If the return concerns Online Exclusive boxes that also contain other products, the customer has the right to return the other products no later than 14 days after receiving them. The Customer has the right to keep the confectionery products contained in the box, as the value of the confectionery products will not be refunded. Once the return has arrived at our warehouse, we will refund the value of the returned products in full. Paid delivery costs are not refundable.
Fazer Store is responsible for the delivery costs attributable to the return of cancelled orders, provided that the Customer has used the return method determined by Fazer.
If you want to make return, follow these steps
1. Pack the products carefully in their original packaging and place the filled return form inside the package. If you do not have printing option, write the information requested in the return form on paper.
2.1 Returns in Finland:
Take the package to Posti’s service points and indicate that it is a customer return of a product ordered from Fazer Store.

2.2. Returns from outside Finland:
Attach on the package the return address label you received with the shipment. If there is no return address label included in the shipment, please contact our customer service. The return will be made by either PostNord or DHL.
PostNord: Attach the return address label on the package. Deliver the package to the nearest PostNord pickup point.
DHL: Attach the return address label to the package. Order a pickup for the shipment here.
Ordering a pickup is free of charge. You can also return the shipment to your nearest DHL service point. You can locate the nearest service point here.
3. As soon as your return has been received and validated, we will process your refund. Fazer reimburses the value of the returned products through the means of payment used by the Customer. Paid shipping costs will not be refunded, as we only refund the price of the returned product.
