You can change the delivery time or give an authorization to deliver your shipment without a signature via the link in the shipment notification. If you are not on site at the time of delivery, contact PostNord/DPD customer service to arrange a new delivery. DPD works as a PostNord's delivery partner.

If the Smartpost Locker you have selected is full, Posti will automatically send the parcel to the nearest Posti office. Posti will notify you of the new pick-up point by text message.
