The Christmas calendar will be delivered as a separate shipment. The calendar is large, which means that it may not fit in all pick-up point lockers. Please be aware that your package may be delivered to a different pick-up point than the one you selected. This may cause delays in delivery times. We recommend using other delivery methods/pick-up points instead of lockers.

When picking up the parcel from a service point, the person collecting the parcel must present a valid ID and arrival notification. DPD works as a PostNord's delivery partner.

Your parcel will be delivered within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen Posti office or Smartpost Locker. You will receive a notification from Posti when your parcel is ready for pick-up. If the Smartpost Locker you have selected is full, Posti will automatically send the parcel to the nearest Posti office. Posti will notify you of the new pick-up point by text message.

Your parcel will be delivered within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen address. The courier will contact you prior the delivery attempt.
