The parcel will be delivered to your chosen PostNord/DPD Locker or service point. You will receive a notification from PostNord/DPD when your parcel is ready for pick-up. When picking up the parcel from a service point, the person collecting the parcel must present a valid ID and arrival notification. DPD works as a PostNord's delivery partner.

You can change the delivery time or give an authorization to deliver your shipment without a signature via the link in the shipment notification. If you are not on site at the time of delivery, contact PostNord/DPD customer service to arrange a new delivery. DPD works as a PostNord's delivery partner.

By clicking the link in the message, you can choose the best delivery option for you. Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.

Your parcel will be delivered within 1–4 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. Your parcel will delivered to your letterbox. Please note that this delivery option is available only for certain small products.

Your parcel will be delivered within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen Posti office or Smartpost Locker. You will receive a notification from Posti when your parcel is ready for pick-up. If the Smartpost Locker you have selected is full, Posti will automatically send the parcel to the nearest Posti office. Posti will notify you of the new pick-up point by text message.

Your parcel will be delivered within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen address. The courier will contact you prior the delivery attempt.

Your parcel will be delivered within 1–3 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. PostNord will deliver to your door at the agreed time on the weekdays from 8 am to 9 pm, depending on the delivery area. You will receive a notification via SMS or email.
