Your parcel will be delivered within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen Posti office or Smartpost Locker. You will receive a notification from Posti when your parcel is ready for pick-up. If the Smartpost Locker you have selected is full, Posti will automatically send the parcel to the nearest Posti office. Posti will notify you of the new pick-up point by text message.

Your parcel will be delivered within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. The parcel will be delivered to your chosen Matkahuolto Locker or service point. You will receive a notification from Matkahuolto when your parcel is ready for pick-up.

Delivery fee is calculated based on order weight. Packaging weight is included in total weight.

Soon after pick-up you will receive an e-mail or text message from DHL with a tracking code and estimated delivery time. Delivery can be made to original delivery address, to DHL Service Point or DHL Parcel Lockers, and you can also change the delivery address within the same country.

Delivery for the parcel is within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen address at the agreed time, including in the evenings and on Saturdays. Matkahuolto will inform you about the parcel’s arrival via SMS, so as to agree a delivery time.
