You will receive a notification from PostNord/DPD when your parcel is ready for pick-up. When picking up the parcel from a service point, the person collecting the parcel must present a valid ID and arrival notification. DPD works as a PostNord's delivery partner.

You can change the delivery time or give an authorization to deliver your shipment without a signature via the link in the shipment notification.     Your parcel will be delivered within 1–3 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. The parcel will be delivered to your chosen Budbee Locker. You will receive a notification from Budbee when your parcel is ready for pick-up.

    Your parcel will be delivered within 1–2 working days of it leaving the Fazer warehouse. Your parcel will be delivered to your chosen Posti office or Smartpost Locker. You will receive a notification from Posti when your parcel is ready for pick-up. If the Smartpost Locker you have selected is full, Posti will automatically send the parcel to the nearest Posti office. Posti will notify you of the new pick-up point by text message.
